Strength Pro Training Tip!

Strength Pro training rackets are excellent to use to improve your racket head speed at the net. With your coach or training partner ask them to hand feed you x amount of shuttles for you to net kill. Concentrate on keeping the action short don't worry to much about the power to begin with. Use your Strength Pro racket for 2 sets then use your normal racket.
