Strength Pro training tip!

Improve your defense with your Strength Pro badminton racket. Set a routine where a feeder is hitting down at you from the net, use your Strength Pro training racket for 2 mins then switch to your normal racket. Repeat this on both sides of the court. 
Performing this exercise will have dramatic effects on your racket speed in defense.
