Strength Pro Training Tip.

Use your Strength Pro badminton racket to strengthen your defense. One simple exercise to perform each time you play, you could even use it as part of your warm up. Depending on your strength and ability find a wall suitable to hit against. Stand away from the wall and hit against it varying your power.


This exercise will help you strengthen your defensive skills it will also sharpen your reactions.
