Strength Pro Training Tip.

Strength Pro badminton rackets can be used for a variety of shots. A shot which is not practiced enough is an underarm lift from the net. To practice this exercise you will need your coach or training partner to overhead hand feed from the service line into an area where you can practice you lifting to the baseline.


Alternate between your Strength Pro racket with your normal racket as a guide use 15 shuttles then switch. Perform the same exercise on the backhand side. 


TIP: Don't over swing with your Strength Pro training racket keep the action short even if you loose a little distance. The distance will be regained when you switch to your normal badminton racket.
