Strength Pro Training Tip, Mid Court Driving!

Mid court driving is a vital part of mens/ladies/mixed doubles, it is also becoming a big factor of the singles games with the rallies becoming flatter therefore quicker. The need for strength in the mid court can never be under estimated as its an area of the court which that can slip under peoples radar whilst practicing.


The Strength Pro training racket is excellent for developing mid court power by using it to hit low drives across the net. With your coach or training partner both standing in the mid court area use your Strength Pro racket to drive the shuttle back and forth, depending on your strength alternate with your normal racket at half way point.  Repeat this exercise on both straights and cross court angles. You will feel fatigue within the forearm don't go beyond this into pain. Build it up from 2 mins and upwards.
