Strength Pro Training Tip, Forehand Clears.

Strength Pro training rackets can be used to develop strength and power for all your badminton strokes. Today I'm suggesting use of the Strength Pro badminton rackets to perform forehand clears. Simply use your training racket to do consecutive clears either with a multi feed from coach or playing partner or a continuous feed with one shuttle from back to back.

Focus on your technique don't be worried if you are not reaching the baseline, its important not to over hit and loose form and technique. Perform this exercise until you feel slight fatigue. Depending on your strength/level/age you should be aiming to do about 2min 30 with your Strength Pro then switching to your normal racket and performing a further 2min 30. Repeat this exercise on the cross court angle.

Repeating this exercise as often as you can will have a dramatic effect on your ability to hit effortless clears.
