Strength Pro Training Tip, Backhand Clear.

The backhand clear is one of those shots that puts the fear into most beginners. It is a very technical stroke comprising of key elements. The use of a Strength Pro racket should only be used once good technique and success in the shot has been achieved. The use of the Strength Pro badminton racket will improve the power of the shot it will not magically be able to correct your technique. This goes for all shots.

With your coach feed the shuttle high into the backhand corner giving you plenty of time to be situated in the correct position to hit a static shot(no movement from base) repeat this with multi shuttle or as you become more competent use a continuous feed with one shuttle. Alternate between your Strength Pro badminton racket with your normal racket. Repeat this as often as you can to see the greatest result.
